Varsity was at home and the JHB and JVB were on the road tonight.
On the road in Alexander City, the JH Boys lost their match against Benjamin Russell 1-7. Gibby Souriya made the goal with an assist from Aiden Losik. Goal Keeper Eli Starrett had 18 saves. The first half was brutal – Benjamin Russell scored all their goals in that half. The team rallied and played much better in the second half and was able to score. Good recovery.
At home, the Varsity Girls won their match against Marbury 9-1. Goals were scored by Ale Vazquez (4), Riley Aaron (2), Julia Rodriguez (1), Jenni Morgan (1), and Kate Koontz (1). Two of Ale Vazquez’s goals were from penalty kicks. The goals were assisted by Julia Rodriguez (1), Ashley Hayes (1), and Savannah Johnson (1). Goal Keeper Lauren Beverly had 2 saves.
Back on the road, the JV Boys tied Benjamin Russell 1-1 with a goal from Tanner Carter assisted by Chad Waite. Goal Keeper Thomas McLaughlin had 13 saves.

Finally, at home, the Varsity Boys won their match against Marbury 5-2. Goals were scored by Josh Koch (2), Braxton Rogers (2), and Parker Hardegree (1). One of Josh Koch’s goals was scored on a free kick. Assists were made by Ethan Ronan (2), Jonathan Doan (1), Braxton Rogers (1), and Josh Koch (1). Goal Keeper Sully Fralish made 10 saves.
It was a busy night and the Knights did a great job!
